The Client Area is your control centre for services, invoices, and support. This guide gives a short overview.
Main sections
Dashboard: summary of services and tickets. Services: list of hosting, domains, add-ons. Billing: invoices and payment methods. Support: open and view tickets. Profile: update contact details and password.
Quick actions
From each service you can open cPanel, view details, or renew. From Billing you can pay an invoice or update your card. From Support you can open a new ticket or reply to an existing one.
Tip: Bookmark the Client Area URL and keep your login secure.
When to contact support
If something is missing or you can’t find a feature, open a ticket.
