How to create and verify your account

What this solves

You need an account to order hosting, manage services, and open support tickets. This guide walks you through signup and email verification.

Step 1: Create account

Go to our website and click Sign up or Create account. Enter your email address, choose a strong password, and fill in your name and country. Accept the Terms of Service and click Create account.

Step 2: Verify your email

Check the inbox of the email you used. Click the verification link in the message from iHoster24. If you don’t see it, check spam/junk. The link is valid for 24 hours.

Step 3: Log in

After verification, log in to the Client Area with your email and password. You can now place orders and manage services.

Tip: Use a password manager to store a strong, unique password.

When to contact support

If the verification email doesn’t arrive or the link has expired, open a support ticket and we’ll help you verify your account.
