Why SPF and DKIM matter
SPF and DKIM help receiving servers verify that your mail is legitimate. Without them, messages are more likely to land in spam.
SPF (Sender Policy Framework)
SPF is a TXT record that lists servers allowed to send email for your domain. In cPanel or our Email/DNS section, use the SPF wizard or add the recommended TXT record we provide.
DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail)
DKIM adds a signature to outgoing mail. Enable DKIM in the same Email or DNS area; the system will add the required TXT record. Keep the default selector unless you have a reason to change it.
After adding records
Wait for DNS propagation (up to 24–48 hours). You can check with online SPF/DKIM validators. Then send a test email and check the headers to confirm SPF and DKIM pass.
Tip: Use only one SPF record per domain; combine multiple “include” mechanisms in a single TXT record if needed.
