Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of iHoster24 services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Introduction and acceptance of terms
iHoster24 provides web hosting, VPS hosting, reseller hosting, and domain registration services. These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and iHoster24. By creating an account or using any of our services, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Services provided
We offer several types of hosting and related services:
- Web hosting: Shared hosting with control panel access, email, and standard hosting features.
- VPS hosting: Virtual private servers with dedicated resources and root access where applicable.
- Reseller hosting: Hosting packages intended for resale to your own clients, with applicable control panel tools.
- Domain names: Domain registration, transfer, and renewal services, subject to registrar and registry rules.
Service descriptions, features, and limits are set out on our website and in your service order. We reserve the right to update service offerings and specifications with reasonable notice where appropriate.
3. Account responsibilities
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share account access with unauthorised persons. You must use our services only for lawful purposes and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Payment and billing terms
Fees for services are due as stated at the time of order or on your invoice. You agree to pay all applicable fees by the due date. We may offer different billing cycles (e.g. monthly, annually). Prices may change on renewal; we will give you advance notice where required by law or our policy. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you.
5. Service availability and uptime
We aim to keep our services available and reliable. Unless we have agreed a specific SLA with you in writing, we do not guarantee a particular level of uptime or availability. Planned maintenance may be carried out with reasonable notice where possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including third-party networks, power failures, or force majeure events.
6. Backups and data responsibility
Where we offer backup features as part of a service, we will use reasonable efforts to maintain them as described. You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of important data. We do not guarantee that backups will be available, complete, or restorable in all cases. We are not liable for loss of data. You should regularly back up your data independently.
7. Acceptable use
Your use of our services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. That policy prohibits activities such as hosting malware, phishing, spam, illegal content, and network or resource abuse. We may suspend or terminate services and remove content that violates the AUP. You can find the full Acceptable Use Policy on our website.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or services if you breach these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, fail to pay fees, or where we are required to do so by law. We may also suspend services for security or operational reasons. You may cancel services in line with our cancellation process. On termination, your right to use the services ends. We may delete your data after a reasonable period following termination; you are responsible for retrieving any data you need before that time.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iHoster24 and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or inability to use them. Our total liability in connection with these terms or the services is limited to the fees you paid to us for the affected services in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
10. Changes to services or terms
We may change these terms or our services from time to time. We will post the updated terms on our website and will indicate the date of the last update. For material changes, we will give you notice as required by law or by our policy (e.g. by email or notice in your client area). Continued use of the services after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree, you may cancel your services.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which iHoster24 operates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country give you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
12. Contact information
For questions about these terms or our services, please contact us via our website at /contact or through your client area. We will respond to reasonable enquiries in a timely manner.
