What happens after you place an order

What this solves

You’ve just ordered. Here’s what happens next so you know when to expect access and what to do.

Payment

After you submit the order, payment is processed. You’ll see a confirmation on screen and receive an email receipt.

Provisioning

Shared hosting and most services are provisioned automatically within minutes. You’ll get a welcome email with login details (Client Area, cPanel, FTP). VPS or custom setups may take a bit longer; we’ll notify you.

Welcome email

Keep the welcome email. It contains your cPanel URL, username, and temporary password. Log in and change the password if required.

Next steps

Point your domain to our nameservers if it’s elsewhere, install SSL (e.g. Let’s Encrypt in cPanel), and upload your site or install WordPress.

Tip: Add our emails to your contacts so welcome and renewal notices don’t go to spam.

When to contact support

If you don’t receive the welcome email within a few hours or can’t log in, open a support ticket with your order number.
