The Client Area is where you manage all your services, invoices, and support tickets. This guide explains the main sections.
Dashboard
After login you see the dashboard: a summary of your active services, recent invoices, and open tickets. Use it to jump to the section you need.
Services
Under Services you’ll see each hosting plan, domain, or add-on. Click a service to view details, login links (e.g. cPanel), and renewal date.
Billing
Billing shows invoices, payment history, and payment methods. You can pay an invoice, update your card, or download PDFs.
Support
Open new tickets or view existing ones. Attach files if needed. Our team replies from here.
When to contact support
If you can’t find a service or invoice, or something doesn’t match your order, open a ticket and we’ll sort it out.
