The price is the plan fee for the term you choose: monthly, 3 months, 6 months or yearly. The monthly figure is that fee divided by the number of months. Web, Business and Reseller include a control panel; VPS includes root access and NVMe storage, not cPanel by default. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. The service renews for the same term unless you cancel beforehand. The renewal price can change; material increases are announced in advance.

You can ask us before you order. The move is requested with a migration ticket, usually after the hosting is active. We copy the site and, when we have access, the email, then coordinate the DNS change. Help depends on the plan and on technical feasibility.

On web hosting, you choose another package in the Client Area under Upgrade/Downgrade. The price difference for an upgrade is prorated for the time left in the term. On VPS, you request new resources by ticket, and many changes need a reboot. For Business, Reseller, or a move to another type of service, if the option is not in the Client Area we agree the steps by ticket.

You can request a full refund within 7 days of the first purchase of hosting, VPS or reseller. The guarantee does not apply to renewals. Domains, licenses, dedicated IPs, setup fees and most add-ons are not refundable once processed.
