Refund policy

Hosting plans typically include a money-back guarantee within the first 7–30 days; see the product page and our legal Refund Policy for exact terms. Domain registrations are usually non-refundable once processed.

Invoices and payments

Invoices are available in the client area under Billing. You can pay by card, PayPal, or other methods we support. Set up automatic renewal to avoid service interruption.

Billing questions

For billing or refund requests, open a support ticket and select the Billing department (or use “Contact Sales” for pre-sales questions). Include your client ID or domain and a short description so we can help quickly.
