What this solves
2FA adds a second step (e.g. a code from your phone) when logging in, so your account is harder to compromise.
Enable 2FA
Client Area → Profile or Security → Two-Factor Authentication. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.) or enter the key manually. Enter the code shown in the app to confirm. Save backup codes in a safe place.
Logging in with 2FA
After entering email and password, you’ll be asked for the 6-digit code from the app. Enter it to complete login.
If you lose access
Use a backup code if you have one. Otherwise, contact support with proof of identity so we can disable 2FA for your account.
Warning: Don’t lose your backup codes; store them securely.
When to contact support
If you can’t log in and don’t have backup codes, open a ticket from an alternative email.
