Managing account settings

What this solves

You need to change your email, address, password, or other account settings.

Contact details

Client Area → Profile or Account Details. Update name, email, address, and phone. Save. Important: the email is used for login and invoices; ensure it’s correct.

Password

Profile → Change Password. Enter current password and new password twice. Use a strong, unique password.

Preferences

Some clients let you set language, timezone, or email preferences (e.g. marketing). Adjust as needed.

Note: Changing the account email may require verification; follow the link we send.

When to contact support

If you can’t change the email or you’re locked out, open a ticket (from another email if needed).
