Creating client accounts (reseller)

What this solves

You want to create a new hosting account for one of your clients from your reseller WHM.

Step 1: Create account

WHM → Create a New Account. Enter domain, username, password, and contact email. Select the package (limits). Choose the package and click Create.

Step 2: Send details to client

Send the client their cPanel URL, username, and password securely. They can change the password after first login.

Step 3: Optional

Set up nameservers if the client will use your nameservers. Install WordPress or other apps via the client’s cPanel or your own process.

When to contact support

If you hit account limits or get an error during creation, open a ticket.
