You want your clients to see your brand, not the parent host’s, on login pages and emails.

WHM branding

WHM often has a Branding or General Setup section where you can set your company name, logo, and support URL. This may affect the cPanel login page and some emails.

Custom nameservers

If included in your plan, you can set custom nameservers (e.g. ns1.yourcompany.com) that point to our servers. Clients then use your nameservers.

Emails

Some systems let you customize welcome or notification emails. Use your support address and wording so clients contact you first.
