Requesting a migration

What we can migrate

We can help migrate websites (files and databases) and email accounts from another host to iHoster24. Order hosting first, then open a support ticket to request a migration.

What you’ll need

• Login to your current host (cPanel, FTP, or Plesk).
• Your new iHoster24 Client Area account and hosting service ready — see What happens after you place an order.
• Domain name(s) and whether you need website, email, or both.

Process

1. Open a ticket with subject “Migration” or “Site migration”
2. Include the domain, current host type, and what to move
3. We copy files/databases (and mail when possible), then coordinate the final DNS/nameserver switch
