Requesting a migration

What we can migrate

We can help migrate websites (files and databases) and email accounts from another host to iHoster24. Open a support ticket after ordering to request a migration.

What you’ll need

  • Access to your current hosting (FTP/cPanel or similar).
  • Your new iHoster24 account and cPanel login (after signup).

Process

Submit a ticket with “Migration” or “Site migration” in the subject. Include the domain name and type (website, email, or both). Our team will guide you and, where possible, perform the migration for you. Downtime is minimized when we coordinate the final switch.

Tip: Have your current host’s login details ready so we can access files and databases if you approve.
