How to request a refund

You want to request a refund for hosting or another service. This guide explains the process.

Refund policy

Hosting often has a money-back guarantee (e.g. 7–30 days) for first-time orders; see the product page and our Refund Policy. Domain registrations are usually non-refundable once processed. Refunds may be prorated or full depending on the case.

How to request

Open a support ticket and choose Billing (or Refund). State the service, invoice number, and reason. We’ll confirm eligibility and process the refund to the original payment method if approved.

Timing

Refunds can take 5–10 business days to appear on your card or PayPal, depending on the provider.

Note: Abuse or policy violations are not eligible for refund. See our Refund Policy for full terms.
