What this solves
Your project needs more vCPU, RAM, or NVMe storage. iHoster24 VPS plans scale from Basic → Standard → Pro → Business, plus custom sizes.
Before you request an upgrade
- Check usage — Monitoring CPU, RAM, disk usage (Enduser Panel Graphs + SSH)
- Create a backup
- Plan a short window — many resource changes need a reboot
How to request
VPS product pages do not include an Upgrade/Downgrade action (that link is for web hosting packages). To scale a VPS:
- Note the service ID / hostname from Client Area → your VPS → Server Information
- Open a Support ticket (Technical) or contact Sales
- List the target resources: vCPU, RAM (GB), disk (GB), and whether a short reboot window is OK
We’ll confirm pricing/proration and schedule the change.
Tip: For shared/web hosting plan changes, use How to upgrade or downgrade a service (Actions → Upgrade/Downgrade).
After the upgrade
Confirm new limits in Client Area / Graphs and inside the OS (nproc, free -h, df -h). If disk grew, you may need to expand the partition/filesystem — ask in the same ticket if needed.
Note: Billing is prorated to your cycle. Domains and third-party licenses stay separate.
When to contact support
If resources don’t match the agreed plan after the change, or the VPS won’t boot, open a Technical ticket immediately.
