What we back up

We run automated backups of files and databases on shared hosting (and optionally on other products). Frequency and retention depend on the plan; check the product page or welcome email.

Your own backups

We recommend you also keep your own backups (cPanel download or third-party tool). Don’t rely only on our backups for critical data.

Requesting a restore

Open a support ticket and ask for a restore. Specify the date and what to restore (full account, single database, or specific files). We’ll confirm availability and perform the restore when possible.

Note: Restores may overwrite current data. We’ll confirm before proceeding.

When to contact support

For any restore request or to confirm backup schedule for your plan, open a ticket.
