What this solves
You want to register a new domain (e.g. yoursite.com). This guide walks you through searching and ordering.
Step 1: Search
In the Client Area or on our website, open the domain search. Enter the name you want (e.g. yoursite) and choose the TLD (.com, .net, etc.). Click Search.
Step 2: Add to cart
If the domain is available, add it to the cart. You can add multiple domains or combine with hosting. Proceed to checkout.
Step 3: Complete order
Enter or confirm your contact details (registrant info). Pay for the registration. After payment, the domain is registered and appears in your Client Area.
Note: Domain registrations are typically non-refundable once processed.
When to contact support
If the domain doesn’t appear in your account or you need to change registrant details, open a ticket.
