Report illegal content, network abuse, or copyright concerns to abuse@dioartis.com.
1. Contact
Email abuse@dioartis.com with subject “Abuse” or “Copyright”, or open a ticket from the Client Area. You may also use support@ihoster24.com.
2. Information to include
URLs/IPs involved, description, date/time (UTC), your contact details, and for copyright claims: work identification, ownership statement, and good-faith signature statement.
3. Investigation
We investigate and may notify the customer, request removal, or suspend services.
4. Counter-notice
If content was removed and the customer disputes, they may send a counter-notice with contact details and a statement under penalty of applicable law.
5. Repeat infringement
Repeat violators may be terminated.
6. Emergencies
Imminent harm, malware C2, or illegal content may be actioned urgently.
