Abuse & Copyright Reports
We take reports of network abuse, illegal content, and intellectual-property concerns seriously. Use this page to submit complete reports so we can investigate quickly.
1. Contact
Email abuse@dioartis.com with subject line Abuse or Copyright, or open a ticket from the Client Area. You may also copy support@ihoster24.com. Do not use abuse channels for ordinary billing questions.
2. What counts as abuse
Examples include phishing, malware distribution, botnet/C2 traffic, spam, open relays, violent threats, scam pages, and other activity prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law.
3. Information to include
- Exact URLs, hostnames, and/or IP addresses involved.
- Date and time in UTC, plus timezone if logs use another zone.
- Description of the issue and how it harms you or the public.
- Relevant log excerpts, headers, or screenshots.
- Your name, organisation (if any), and a reachable contact email.
4. Copyright notices
For copyright complaints, include: identification of the copyrighted work; the allegedly infringing material (URL/path); a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised; a statement that the information is accurate; and your physical or electronic signature / typed full name. We are not a US DMCA designated agent unless separately published; we still review notices under applicable law and our Terms.
5. Investigation and actions
We investigate reports and may notify the customer, request removal, restrict traffic, snapshot evidence, suspend services, or terminate accounts. Timeframes depend on severity and completeness of the report. We may share necessary details with law enforcement when legally required.
6. Counter-notice
If content was disabled and the customer disputes the claim, they may send a counter-notice with contact details, identification of the material, and a statement under applicable law that the removal was mistaken or misidentified. We may forward notices between parties where appropriate.
7. Repeat infringement
Accounts with repeated, confirmed violations may be suspended or terminated without further complimentary restoration.
8. Emergencies
Imminent harm, active malware C2, credential-stealing phishing, or clearly illegal content may be actioned urgently, including temporary null-routing or account suspension before a full dialogue completes.
9. Good-faith reporting
Submit only accurate reports. Deliberately false or abusive complaints may be ignored and, where unlawful, reported to authorities.
10. Updates
We may update this page as processes change. See the document information block for the current version.
