Domain services are provided through our registrar integrations (including InternetBS/IBS) and are subject to registry/ICANN rules.
1. Registrar
Registrations are processed via the registrar configured in WHMCS (InternetBS/IBS module present).
2. Registry / ICANN rules
You must comply with applicable registry policies and ICANN rules where they apply.
3. Registrant data
You must provide accurate registrant data and complete email verification when required.
4. Transfer, renewal, expiry, redemption
Transfers, renewals, expiry grace, and redemption follow registry rules and may involve additional fees.
5. Fees
Domain fees are as shown at checkout and are generally non-refundable once registration/renewal/transfer completes.
6. WHOIS / privacy
Privacy/proxy availability depends on TLD. Where unavailable, data may be published as required.
7. Disputes and suspension
We may suspend or lock domains for disputes, abuse, or legal process.
