Domain Terms
Domain name services ordered through iHoster24 are provided via our registrar integrations (including InternetBS/IBS connected through WHMCS) and remain subject to registry and, where applicable, ICANN rules.
1. Registrar relationship
When you buy or transfer a domain through iHoster24, registration is processed by the registrar configured in our billing platform (InternetBS/IBS module present). You authorise us to submit registration, renewal, and update requests on your behalf based on Client Area actions and payments.
2. Registry / ICANN rules
You must comply with the applicable registry policies for each TLD and with ICANN consensus policies where they apply (including accuracy and abuse requirements). Registry rules can change and may override conflicting marketing descriptions.
3. Registrant data and verification
Provide accurate registrant contact data and complete email verification or other validation when required. Inaccurate data can lead to suspension or deletion by the registry/registrar. Personal data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Transfers
Outbound or inbound transfers require an auth/EPP code, unlocked status, and satisfaction of any registry transfer locks (for example after initial registration). We are not responsible for delays caused by the losing/gaining registrar or incorrect codes.
5. Renewal, expiry, grace, redemption
Domains renew only when payment succeeds before expiry (or within any registry grace period that still allows renewal). After expiry, grace and redemption periods — and extra fees — follow registry rules and are not guaranteed for every TLD. Enable auto-renew in the Client Area if you want us to attempt renewal using your default payment method; auto-renew can still fail if payment fails.
6. Fees and refunds
Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future periods. Domain registration, renewal, restore/redemption, and successful transfers are generally non-refundable once completed at the registry, consistent with the Refund Policy.
7. WHOIS / registration data privacy
Privacy/proxy or redacted WHOIS availability depends on the TLD and registrar capabilities. Where privacy is unavailable or disabled, registration data may be published or disclosed as required by policy or law.
8. DNS and nameservers
You may use iHoster24 nameservers or external DNS. Misconfigured DNS can make sites and mail unreachable even if the domain registration is active. DNS changes can take time to propagate.
9. Disputes, locks, and suspension
We may lock, suspend, or place domains on hold for UDRP/URS or similar disputes, court orders, abuse investigations, unpaid fees, or AUP violations. Trademark and ownership disputes are decided under applicable dispute policies — not by informal email alone.
10. Updates
We may update these Domain Terms as registrar integrations or policies change. See the document information block for the current version.
